Intraverse Game


We have identified two big web3 and Metaverse problems: 

  • Web3 Market is Silos: the projects in the web3 ecosystem are not well connected and they don’t make meaningful and win-win collaborations. Most collaborations are on Discord and twitter mainly to exchange communities.

  • Metaverse platforms are not inclusive: the current big platform in the industry are mainly working with big projects and brands and they don’t offer any cost effective and easy to use tool for small/medium projects.


Intraverse is an open metaverse with 2 main stakeholders:

  • Content Creators: Creators, web3, and NFT projects can help collab together and bring their assets to the metaverse 


  • Community: Players have fun and get to know new projects. Play with their assets and Play to Own nfts.

    We can build our vision based on our 3 main building blocks:

 We are organizing several events where the web3 project can participate and engage with the true web3 community. We aim to make Intraverse a hub for the web3 community to get to know new projects and interact with them. 


On the 12 & 13 of august, we had a massive and first-of-its-kind event on Intraverse called NFT Summer Fest in collaboration with more than 26 projects. The event was terrific, and we are so proud that we reached 500 daily players (+1000 new player registration); it’s like half of the Decentraland and Sandbox daily active users.

As the interoperability is one of the most complex and essential challenges of the Open Metaverse, we are trying to tackle this in smart way and with
Think Big, Start Small and Scale Fast approach.

Start Small: Manual Integration of NFT Avatar in Intraverse

As a first step we are integrating the NFTs of other projects in Intraverse and in order to make this fast we are doing this manually.
Already, we are collaborating with different web3 projects to bring their NFT Avatars to Intraverse as a character. 

This feature is already live, and the NFT projects like this a lot, and we have 8 projects in the pipeline.

Scale Fast: Automatic Avatar Integration in Intraverse

After testing and validating the manual avatar integration
As the next step, we will automate this process by allowing the creators and projects to integrate their Avatar automatically.
The Intraverse Studio will enable creators and the community to integrate their NFT in Intraverse frictionlessly.

Think Big: Cross-Platform NFT Avatar

By validating the avatar system on Intraverse, we can extend the idea by creating a cross-game/metaverse NFT Avatar platform to be integrated with various platforms.
This is the Intraverse north star: make the NFTs interoperable through many platforms.

The objective is to create an SDK and API system where other Metaverses and games can integrate the Intraverse Avatar System to their platform.

In this way, the players can use their avatars on different platforms simply by leveraging Intraverse Login/wallet. 
This can be a true gamechanger for the web3 ecosystem, and it can bring the following benefits: 

  • Bring interoperability to the Metaverse without creating any protocols and tokens
  • Multichain and can be the bridge between web3 and web2 
  • Become the leader skin marketplace, so all the wearables created on the intraverse platform will be interoperable. 
  • Enable content creators to bring their assets to multiple platforms


Intraverse DAO

We are going to make a true Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) where the players have the full power of the game and take the most benefit. 

Adopting the Proof of Gaming and Initial Game offering are the first steps through our ambition. 

Above you can see how the DAO will operate. 

  • Players <-> Intra Verses Game 
    • Earn Intra: The token will be minted while the players  play the game and the tokens will be rewarded to the players
    • Play & Spend: players will spend and buy the in-game items (NFTs)
  • Intra Verses Game <-> Community Treasury
    • Revenue: 80% most of the Revenue generated by selling the in-game items and Marketplace commision will go to the treasury 
    • Governance: The treasury will have the full governance of Intraverse (e.g. The gameplay evolution, partnership, etc)
  •  Community Treasury <-> INTRA Holders
    • Rewards: The revenue generated by the game and protocols will be distributed to the INTRA holders 
    • Stake Intra: the INTRA holders stake the INTRA to receive the rewards
  • Players <-> INTRA Holders
    • Sell INTRA: the Players will sell their minted token to the INTRA holders


Intraverse Revenue Model

The game will generate revenue from the following streams: 

  • Marketplace Commision: the transaction fees (5%) of all trading volume of NFTs on the marketplace 
  • Land Sale: selling the lands available on the Map 
  • NFT Sales: the premium NFT that will be created for the Intraverse game

The revenue will fo to treasury and the foundation 

  • Treasury (80%): 50% will be dedicated to staking rewards and 50% for Play-to-Earn prize will be be back to the players 
  • Foundation (20%): the foundation fund will be dedicated 
    • Creators Funds: bring the talented people to the game
    • Creating community 
    • Strategic Partnership


How Intraverse Works

The Intraverse protocol will rely on a Layer one blockchain and has its own utility Token called INTRA. 

On top of the Layer 1 there will be created NFTs which are in 2 main categories: 

  • Land: There will be limited pieces of virtual lands available in the Intraverse.
  • Digital Assets for Virtual World: The digital assets can be minted and created for the digital world.


The Intraverse land ecosystem is composed of a finite number of lands in which the amount will be defined. 

The first 3 IGOs will be released on the first 3 lands which belong to the Intraverse Foundation. 



Intraverse ecosystem will contains two main gameplays: 

  • Intraverse Gameplay:These games will be developed and published by Intraverse foundation. The first games will be the 3 IGOs which will be dedicated to promote the Intraverse and create the community by Initial Game Offering method.
  • Community Based Gameplay: These games will be created by the community (brands, creators, game studios, etc). The land is needed to create any games and experiences.
    The land owners will have the possibility to create their own experience and try to monetize by selling the NFTs or they can rent their land to others to be used to make the experience.


Intraverse IGO Release

The initial gaming offering is a mechanism in which we will distribute the initial INTRA tokens among the players. In total there will be 5% of total supply equal to 50,000,000 tokens. 

Experts believe the metaverse always existed, and most importantly the Intraverse was always with us in our deepest subconscious, indeed it’s a place that exist only in our minds. The first IGO was meant to make the players to discover the Intraverse, but suddently, due to the fact that the Intraverse has been expanding outward at very high speed, the character spaceship gets hit during his journey by a foreign item floating through the Intraverse nebulas. Since then, the players are forced to an emergency landing on the closest planet available: The Apocalypse-Verse. It’s supposed you to survive to this planet, that proliferates of zombies and odd events. The character will have to survive to different missions in order to get the essentials, like food and energy, to survive and fix the spaceship to leave this weird planet.
Catastrophic events and strange happenings will accompany our hero in this adventure, only his courage and skills will make possible to escape death, returning to the Intraverse on the mother ship.
With surprise, however, the player will also find a hefty reward for the efforts made and if will try hard it will be possible to bring home much more than just a loot.

In order to create a fully Decentralized Autonomous Organization, 51% of the tokens will be rewarded to the community by Proof of Gaming. 5% in the 3 IGOs and 46% through the main gameplay rewards.

  • Initial Game Offering (IGO): the initial tokens will be distributed to the user who just play the game (no money requested,just registering and be eligible to play)
    This is a new way of Initial Coin offering for the Play-to-Earn games.
    Allocation: 5%


  • Proof of Gaming (PoG): The consensus mechanism is Proof of Gaming, it means the token will be minted only during the game play.
    Allocation: 46%
  • Team: The amount of token which will be distributed to the team
    Allocation: 15%

  • Advisors: onboarding the well-known and knowledgeable Crypto and Gaming Advisors to build in order to help the team build great products, define  visionary roadmap and create strong partnership.
    Allocation: 3%   
  • Pre-seed: The first round after the first IGO to build the second and third IGOs properly
    Allocation: 3%

  • Seed: raising money to build the main game
    Allocation: 5%

  • Public: the public offering on an exchange (IDO or IEO)
    Allocation: 3%
  • Liquidity: for supplying the liquidity
    Allocation: 3%

  • Foundation:  this fund will be use to attract creators and create strategic partnership (e.g. attract brands to create their metaverse on Intraverse)
    Allocation: 10%


  • Initial Staking Rewards: although the staking rewards will come from the protocol revenue, we have decided to dedicate some allocation for Initial Staking to be sure that we can offer staking rewards from beginning
    Allocation: 3%


Intraverse Roadmap

Q1 2022

  • Official project Launch: launching the website, let people register for the IGO and create and start to create a community 
  • Launch 1st IGO: allow the players to play the first IGO and collect the coins inside the game play!
    The IGO will be open until the allocation is available.
  • Developing Mobile App: the mobile app will allow to play the game from the mobile


Q2 2022

  • Launch 2nd IGO: the second IGO will be multiplayer and the players need to be competitive to win the tokens. it will be more fun and interesting 
  • Blockchain selection & Integration: we will select with the community on which blockchain will be made the game. 
  • Game Economy: we will release the game economy and and the main game gameplay (we start working on this from the beginning and we are involving experts to ideate and build sustainable and engaging game economy
  • LAND sale: we start to sell the lands inside the game


 Q3 2022

  • Launch 3rd IGO: the third IGO will be the last one before and the most token allocation.
  • Create Game Builder: starting the development of the game builder which allows the landowner to create their own experience 
  • Listing the token: The token will be listed on the exchange 


Q4 2022

  • Main game official launch: the main game will be launched. This game will be created and developed with the community. during the IGOs we will involve the community in game development and let them choose the mechanics, characters and many other staff
  • NFT marketplace: with the launch of the game the marketplace will b lv so the players can buy and trade their assets.
  • Start unblocking the IGO tokens: by playing the main game players can unlock their tokens which they have won during the IGOs. 


Q1 2023

  • Staking: the staking will let the INTRA holders to receive yield based on the revenue generated by the game.
  • E-sport championship: organizing worldwide championship of the INTRAVERSE 


The gaming industry marked another year of record revenue in 2021, according to Newzoo, reaching $180.3 billion. The gaming industry is already bigger than Hollywood. The growth rate of the gaming industry from 2006 (USD 8 billion) to 2021 (USD 180 billion) is higher than that of all other entertainment industries. The only other entertainment sector competing with the gaming industry is the television industry. 


In the blockchain universe, 2021 would most likely be known as the year when non-fungible tokens (NFTs) were introduced to the masses as the trading volume crossed $23 billion — 230X growth from just $100 million in 2020, according to a report by decentralized application discovery and analysis platform DappRadar.




Looking at the Gaming industry, there are 3 main issues:


  • Close Ecosystem for Digital Assets and No Interoperability 
    The ecosystem of each game is closed and not connected to the others. The digital assets can only exist inside the game, and outside has no intrinsic value.


  • No Direct Earning For Gamers/Community 
    The players and community, who are the most precious asset of the game, don’t get any direct earning from the game, and there is no direct giveback for the community. Just a few gamers who do streaming or play in the championship can make money, and 99.9% of the players not only don’t earn, but they spend much money.
  • No Real Value For The Community
    The game is entirely centralized, just the video game company (publisher) grows, and the community doesn’t benefit from the growth of the video game.


Besides the super growth of the NFTs market still, there are some challenges which the market needs to overcome: 

  • Low Adoption
    Currently, there are few people in the NFT business; mostly, they are crypto communities and tech-savvy guys.
  • Difficult To Display And Flex
    One of the biggest problems with the NFT is that they are challenging to showcase, and there are some solutions but not very practical
  • Low Usability & Utility
    The NFTs owners cannot use them in the way they do with the physical items.


Combining the Gaming and NFTs, the issues mentioned above can be resolved mainly ( Digital Asset ownership and interoperability, direct earning & give back to the community in Gaming and low adoption, flexing & low usability in NFTs) 

NFTs are digital assets with proof of ownership to fit perfectly in the digital worlds where we have our digital dimension, and this space now is inside the Games/Metaverse where people have their avatar or digital twins. 

Combining the Gaming and NFTs will allow:

  • Digital Asset Ownership and Interoperability

    Connecting the gaming assets to blockchain will transform all the assets in NFTs. This will give full power and freedom to the gamers to decide what to do with the digital items: use in the game, rent to other users, take out of the gaming ecosystem and sell them on other platforms.
    Precisely like real-life assets, which the owner decides what to do with them
    e.g. if I buy sneakers from Nike, they cannot tell me where to use it; however, if I buy that sneaker inside the Fortnite for my avatar, I can use it only in the Fortnite and cannot sell it anymore. However, if the digital assets are NFTs written with the smart contract on the blockchain, the owner will have full power.

  • Community Owned Game and Decentralized Governance:

    The blockchain game will have a cryptocurrency token that gives the token holders governance power. So, in this case, there won’t be a centralized authority who decides about the game, but the community will be the decision-maker and decide about the game’s future development. 

  • Play-to-Earn Model

    The assets in NFTs and the game cryptocurrency will let the players/ community earn while they play and enjoy. So this is a new paradigm for the whole gaming industry in which the players won’t just play for pure entertainment, but they can earn while playing their favorite game.


Evolution of Gaming - Intraverse

Looking at the evolution of the gaming industry, we see 3 different models: 

  • Pay-to-Play
    The player for playing the games needs to pay for the disc and the console and then start to play, and this was the primary revenue stream for the publishers. 

  • Free-to-Play
    At the beginning of the 2010s, with the rise of mobile gaming, the gaming industry went through a shift in the business model where the games as themselves are free; however, the publisher try to make money by selling some stuff in the game or by advertising

  • Play-to-Earn
    This new model, which is born by integrating blockchain in the gaming industry, will let the players earn while playing the game. 


Decentralized vs Centralized Games

4 main different aspects distinguish the Decentralized and Centralized Gaming:

  • Currency:
    • Centralized: Mostly, there is an in-game currency that can be used for purchasing assets inside the game, and this currency has no value in real life (e.g., VBucks of Fortnite & Robux of Fortnite) 
    • Decentralized: the game currency is a cryptocurrency mainly used for the game economy, governance, and of course, is tradable globally outside the gaming.
  • Digital Assets 
    • Centralized: The assets inside the game are entirely managed by the publisher and just can be used inside that specific game. Most of the items are not tradable, and the publisher can sell the item and make a profit. 
    • Decentralized: all the assets are NFTs, so this means they are tradable and exist even outside that platform.
  • Earning 
    • Centralized: as the main objective here is entertaining, there is no real economy involved in the game, which allows the players to earn while playing  
    • Decentralized: players can earn while playing in different: obtaining and trading (selling, renting) NFTs, earning the game token while playing, staking the game token, and earning interest by getting some share of the platform revenue
  • Ease of Playing  
    • Centralized: very easy to start playing by simply creating an account through email
    • Decentralized: need a specific crypto wallet to start playing journey
